SUPPORT SUPERVISOR IN WEST POINT

NorthStar Services in West Point is looking for a creative, team-oriented, self-motivated individual to fill a full-time position for Support Supervisor. Main responsibilities include: direct services for people receiving supports, hire/supervise Direct Support Professionals, complete paperwork/forms to remain in compliance with the State of Nebraska Department of Developmental Disabilities, etc. This is an exempt (salaried) position with starting wage of $22.25/hour. Requirements for employment include: being at least 18 years of age, having a high school diploma or a GED, a minimum of two years experience in the field of developmental disabilities, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift at least 45 pounds. An abuse and neglect central registry check as well as a criminal history background check are completed for all new employees as well as annually for all current employees.
